GCG Solutions, LLC is a consulting firm based in Rosslyn, Virginia specializing in communications and strategy, media production, and project management. Led by Michael Goldfarb, Dan Conston and Justin Germany, the GCG team has won campaigns at the highest levels, producing award-winning creative, ruthless public relations, and effective campaign management. Media production

GCG has award-winning editors, shooters, and copywriters on staff. Our editors are Adobe Suite “ninjas” and we shoot with cinema-grade equipment, in 4k and in 5k with RED cinema cameras. Our team has managed countless shoots and produced thousands of ads.

THE TEAM

Michael Goldfarb

Michael Goldfarb has worked in conservative media for 15 years as a journalist, communicator, and strategist. Mike previously served as an editor and writer for The Weekly Standard, a spokesman and deputy communications director for McCain-Palin 2008, and as a researcher with the Project for a New American Century. He has advised a range of candidates and outside groups including the Emergency Committee for Israel and Keep America Safe. He has worked as a communications consultant for foreign governments including the Republic of Georgia and Taiwan, and for Fortune 100 companies including Koch Industries and Google. 

Mike grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia and was Captain of the JV hockey team at the Haverford School. 

 

Dan Conston

Dan Conston works at the nexus of media and politics. Named one of “D.C.’s go-to ad gurus” by POLITICO, Conston produces media for and advises members of Congress, super PAC’s, advocacy groups, and companies. In 2016, he managed over $40 million in political spending and amassed a 15-0 record in congressional & statewide campaigns.

Conston previously served in senior roles managing independent expenditures and communications for two of America’s largest outside groups, American Action Network and Congressional Leadership Fund. In the 2014 and 2016 cycles, Conston was an “IE Captain” for AAN/CLF, winning 18 races and losing 1.

The Miami Herald dubbed Conston a “wunderkind spinner” for his work as a spokesman, and POLITICO named him to the 2017 “Power List - The New Guard” for media production.

Dan's also served as a communications adviser helping elect Sen. Marco Rubio and Sen. Jerry Moran, as well as in House Leadership for then-Chief Deputy Whip Rep. Peter Roskam. He served in the national communications department of John McCain's presidential campaign and has advised multiple Fortune 500 companies confronted by crises.

In a personal capacity, Conston is a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington. Dan grew up in Philadelphia and is a crazed Eagles fan.

 

Justin Germany

Justin Germany brings to GCG - his 15 years of experience in video production and advertising.

Even in an industry that has been democratized by new technology, Justin is still the rare creative Maverick who not only has the skills to produce, write and direct - but is an artist who can shoot and edit as well. Over the years he has produced and edited thousands of web videos and TV ads.

Previously, Justin was a founder of CRAFT Media Digital - a full service political advertising and public affairs agency, where he led the creative practice. 

Germany cut his teeth in Presidential politics, serving as Director of Online Media for the McCain 2008 Presidential campaign.  Producing numerous TV ads and web videos, including "The One" which New York Magazine named the best ad of the entire 2008 campaign. 

In 2004, he served on the Bush-Cheney '04 re-election campaign as the videographer and web video editor, filming the President in a cinema verite style as he campaigned across the country.

Justin's work has been written about in the New York Times, Details Magazine, New York Magazine, Time Magazine, the Weekly Standard and many more. In 2007 he was named a Rising Star by Campaigns and Elections magazine.

In his spare time - Justin is a pop art painter - known as "The Artist JGG".
